1. Plug cat5 cable into the network side of POE device into wall port or switch.
2. plug cat5 cable into the POE side of the POE device into the UNIFI AP main port
3. plug the power plug in.
4. use pin to hold down the reset button for about 30 sec until the UNIFI AP is blinking white and blue. (the white is hard to see)
5. wait 1 min. 
6. then unplug the power and plug it back in.
7. wait 1 min.
8. open Netscan on your computer. (it is in \\fileserver\Tools)
9. click the network card icon that has "IP" under it.
10. select 10.2.2.? and click ok.
11. click start scanning.
12. look for the MAC address on the bottom of the UNIFI AP.
13. Get the IP address
14. open putty(or Kitty) on your computer.(it is in \\fileserver\Tools)
15. input IP into the "host name (or IP address)
16. click open
17. type "ubnt" hit enter, type "ubnt" hit enter.(the second time will look like its not typing.)
18. type "set-inform http://ap.itsvpn.net:8080/inform" hit enter
19. then open the website "https://ap.itsvpn.net:8443/manage/site/fkb725dp/devices/list/1/50/uap,udm"
20. username "admin" password is ours
21. on the top right select "current site" select "integrity tech"
22. on the left select the 4th option down that is 2 circles. "devices"
23. one of the devices should have an orange "adopt" on the right select the device and click adopt.

To setup Unifi at our office. Plug unifi in and power it up. Don't connect it to the network. 

Login to Https://ap.itsvpn.net:8443 admin/ourpassword

switch site to integrity techs

adopt the new ap - takes several minutes

after adopted. plug in to network. CLick on ap>Config

move to Customer site.

click on device, click config wheel, scroll to forget this device.  There is an option to move.
