1. Install windows8-rt-kb3140245-x64_b589173ad4afdb12b18606b5f84861fcf20010d0.msu
NOTE: All registry values will be backed up the folder from which the batch files are ran.
2. Run Enable_SSL12_Kb.bat
3. Restart the machine
4. If issue is not resolved run Enable_SSL12_Aggresive.bat and restart the machine
